The function:
We, from Budenheim QolorTech in Vaassen, are looking for a technical and commercial counterpart to existing and new customers, in the European market. You will also be responsible for new projects in the area of additive- and specialty Masterbatches. You do this by immersing yourself in our products and the questions of the customer. In this role you spar with your sales team- and I&AD colleagues within the local QolorTech team about the future, strategic themes and innovations and you additionally have direct access to the knowledge and experience of our Budenheim colleagues. Of course, you will also work closely with colleagues from production, planning, purchasing and logistics.
The location of this job is Vaassen and you report to the Head of Sales EMEA.

HR Manager (min. 32 h/wk)
The position:
As HR Manager within QolorTech, you work as HR generalist with great freedom and responsibility to shape the function, in close and direct alignment with the Management Team. You are the first point of contact for all operational and tactical matters regarding inflow, throughput and outflow of personnel. You are process-wise, as well as operationally, responsible for the full HR management from hiring to leaving – including active recruitment, staff development and case management. In your role, you translate the strategic goals of QolorTech into an integral HR policy, align the operational HR processes with it and take care of their implementation. Thus, you work as process advisor, owner and facilitator to the Management Team, Managers and Employees. Finally, you supervise compliance with current labor regulations and legislation and develop the organizational culture.
This position will give you a high grade of freedom to further develop and shape the company’s HR management, while you also need to take over responsibility as owner of all HR related matters. You will closely work together with Finance & Administration department, which is carrying out the HR administration to main parts. The position (process technologist / production engineer):
The EnCeram team has developed a unique product concept. A market is already known for this prototype. And there are many other markets and applications to discover.
The purpose of this start up position is to initially set up, develop and describe the entire production process. This is in order to make the product reliable and optimal according to specifications on a large scale in the near future. In the somewhat longer term, this function will compose and lead an own production team.
In this role, you are therefore responsible for converting the plan into action. To this end, you will design the optimal set-up of the required machines and equipment, in combination with the definition of all process and production parameters, thereby ensuring the quality of the end product. After designing and setting up the production line, you will be independently optimising the new production process during the implementation phase.
You will be based in Vaassen, where Enceram’s production site is located. Together with experienced international colleagues René, Ingrid and Rafael, you will build this production location. You will be given all the space and support you need to pioneer, do business and gain knowledge & experience. You will also have access to all the knowledge and experience of the parent company Chemische Fabrik Budenheim KG (part of the Geschwister Oetker Group) and QolorTech B.V. (where you will be employed). This project is a greenfield in terms of the best setup, set-up, procedure and parameters, within the context of Enceram’s mission & vision.
