HR Manager (min. 32 h/wk)

 

The position:

As HR Manager within QolorTech, you work as HR generalist with great freedom and responsibility to shape the function, in close and direct alignment with the Management Team. You are the first point of contact for all operational and tactical matters regarding inflow, throughput and outflow of personnel. You are process-wise, as well as operationally, responsible for the full HR management from hiring to leaving – including active recruitment, staff development and case management. In your role, you translate the strategic goals of QolorTech into an integral HR policy, align the operational HR processes with it and take care of their implementation. Thus, you work as process advisor, owner and facilitator to the Management Team, Managers and Employees. Finally, you supervise compliance with current labor regulations and legislation and develop the organizational culture.

 

This position will give you a high grade of freedom to further develop and shape the company’s HR management, while you also need to take over responsibility as owner of all HR related matters. You will closely work together with Finance & Administration department, which is carrying out the HR administration to main parts. You will report to the General Manager Finance & Technology and your location is Vaassen.

 

You bring:

• At least HBO work and thinking level, direction Human Resource Management/Business Administration, and knowledge of labor and social law
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar position, preferably in a production environment
• Knowledge of the latest developments in the HR field
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Experience with data protection regulations and automated personnel systems is a plus
• A very good command of the Dutch and English language, both verbally and in writing; German is a plus
