In the role of R&D Engineer, you will work as a project manager on researching new products and applications for the plastics industry. The new products are used in a wide range of applications (e.g. injection molding of automotive parts and thermoforming of flower pots). For your projects, you gather information from your sales and marketing colleagues, knowledge institutes, universities, the market and science in general. You then generate ideas, spar with colleagues and translate promising ideas into business cases. You carry out the research projects yourself in our modern and very well-equipped technical centre and laboratory. We give you the freedom and responsibility to make the world a little better through new innovations. You can contribute your own ideas and turn them into successes. In this role, you will report to Head of Innovation and Application Development Tiina Luttikhedde. You will work in an innovative, motivated, experienced and close team of 5 colleagues.
