Our internal processes are tested annually by a recognised certification agency, and we are pleased to confirm that our internal quality system has been approved for the 25th time in a row according to ISO 9001: 2015.
Since september 2014, QolorTech has also certified an environmental management system in accordance with ISO 14001: 2015. This means we can manage and, where possible, reduce the environmental risks of our business operations.
Regulation is another issue we’re seeing come up more and more. Raw materials may only be used in accordance with REACH compliance, and stricter guidelines apply to applications whereby the product makes direct contact with foodstuffs. Product sheets, safety data sheets and specific statements for special applications are the order of the day. QolorTech’s response to this was to set up its own Compliance department for the handling of documentation. Our Compliance department ensures the required documentation for each product is supplied and that it also carries an internal guarantee.
